Clip 1: >7 cm Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm.

Clip 2: Approximately 3.3 cm abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Really big (clip 1), or just kind of big (clip 2), the abdominal aorta always lies just anterior to the thoracic spine. POCUS tip: start by finding the hyperechoic (white) thoracic spine, and just anterior to that you’ll find the aorta. Press hard to disperse bowel gas. . . not too hard though.
